Why do you choose to work in Memory Care?
My name is Drew. I visited my grandpa only twice after his diagnosis of Alzheimer’s. As a family member, I relate to the heartache and grief this disease brings. I work in memory care to make up for the time lost with him and honor the families walking the same path I once did. I still cry after every resident passes. It is my mission to make the most of the time we have with our elders, and Windsong allows me to do that. He is my Why.
